Privacy policy

This text has not been written yet. The page exists so the link leads somewhere; it is not a binding term and it has no legal effect.

The service stores no guest conversations, records no IP addresses in the database, and uses no identifier that follows a guest between sessions. The final policy will describe that in full.

When a hotelier deletes their account, the chat closes to guests at once and the account is permanently deleted after 30 days, together with its content, uploaded files and statistics. Within those 30 days the deletion can be cancelled by signing in. Deletion without the waiting period can be requested at hello@qrgenie.ai. The hotel’s address (qrgenie.ai/h/…) is never given to another hotel; only the address itself is kept, with nothing beside it.
